When he brought it over, it was covered with old wax and some miscellaneous stickers&#8230;  not a great sign!</p>
<p>Sure enough, after stripping it down and peeling off the big sticker on the deck, as I suspected, the board is shipping water through a great big gash! There is a definite hole in the deck, and the tail is chipped along the rail in two places.  The nose doesn&#8217;t look very healthy either.</p>
<p>No big deal&#8230; this is what Sun Cure is for! </p>
